GORGEOUS antique French evening purse/bag. This French made handbag has an exceptionally beautiful brass frame, made with attention to detail and striking pattern. Finely detailed, beautiful design in black silk with aged gold thread decor. The silk has a couple of splits on one side, but detracting. The interior still has it's pink silk lame lining and has the original mirror still attached by the original gold thread. The closing is a 'kiss' closing that is working,just wonderful. It measures about 6 inches by 6 inches, the chain is about7 inches in length on either side. This evening bag is a beautiful antique piece with so much charm and character!! Displays beautifully!
