Simplicity 8378; ©1969; Child's and Girl's Dress with Three Sleeves. The dress with back zipper and high round neckline has long set-in sleeves. V. 1 and 2 have "stand-up" collar. V. 1 with embroidered braid or ribbon trim features two-piece "lantern" types sleeve gathered to snapped cuffs. Lace edging trimmed V. 2 with braid or ribbon tie belt slipped thru thread carriers above normal waistline features a two-piece "Juliet" sleeve. Collarless V. 3 has sleeves gathered with elastic casing forming self ruffles.
