Simplicity 9519; 1970s; Narrow Shoulder Look Design: The dress with empire seaming has back zipper high round neckline and set in sleeves. V1 & 2 with self fabric ruffles have long sleeves. V1 & 3 are mini length V2 is ankle length V3 with purchased belt has stand up collar and short tucked sleeves. The pants V3 have elastic waistline casing.
